Spring is almost here…

…and so are we!

But we’re not quite here, yet! Our Farm - and this site! - are under construction. Check back periodically to see what we’re up to! We hope to post pictures and stories as we get things off the ground.

Our Farm.

We are located at the north end of Lavigne Hill Road in Hinesburg, Vermont. While most of our farm was previously in production, it has been fallow for many years. Much of it is in early succession forest. Invasive plant species are plentiful. There are wetlands and rocky outcrops. But there is also rich soil, abundant wildlife, and a rich sense of community.

Our Vision

Using rotational grazing we aim to eliminate invasive plants, improve native plant species, and reclaim productive areas of pasture, forest and silvopasture (areas used for grazing and sustainable forestry products).

Our Products

We are beginning with pastured lamb production. It will take some time to scale to where we have product to sell. During this time we will also be exploring what other products will fit well into our vision.
